From buying pearls to making them
Julie was working full-time and raising a one-year-old and a three-year-old when the pearl buying started. She was constantly drawn back to pearl jewelry, pulled in by the timeless beauty of the stones, their unique shapes, their natural colors.
Creating became her outlet long before it became a business, a way to carve out a little time that belonged only to her inside days that were otherwise full. The collection grew until two jewelry boxes could no longer hold it, and still, nothing she bought quite scratched the itch the way an idea of her own might have
